Returns

All returns must be strictly received back within 30 working days from the date of stock receipts by the purchaser. All returns must be in new and unused condition, unless deemed of inferior quality. All original labels and tags must be atached.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service admin@Epicutis.co.za, to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receipts of the RMA number, place all returnable goods in the original package/or secure packaging and include the receipt and return the package to:

Any returned products charges will be paid by us or monies reimbursed by Epicutis Range.

Refunds

Afer receiving your return and inspectng the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow for seven days from receipt of your return to process a refund or exchange. We will notfy you by email and phone once we process your return to ascertain reasons so as to prevent a similar future occurrence.
